2. Data Collected
We collect the following data depending on the context:
- Account creation: email address, first name, last name
- Order: name, postal address, phone, email, payment data (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)
- Browsing: anonymous audience measurement (pages viewed, entry page, timestamps) linked to a random identifier stored in your browser — no IP address or browser identifier is recorded (see section 8)
- Newsletter: email address and language (with your explicit consent)
Newsletter — consent and unsubscription: your subscription is effective as soon as you tick the consent box and submit the form; a welcome email containing an unsubscribe link is then sent to the address provided. As proof of your consent, we record its date, your IP address, your browser identifier (user agent) and the exact wording you accepted. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter email; your unsubscription is recorded and no further newsletters are sent.

5. Data Retention
- Customer accounts: duration of the relationship + 3 years
- Order data: 10 years (accounting obligation)
- Newsletter: until unsubscription; the proof of consent and of unsubscription is then kept for evidential purposes, unless you request its erasure. Unconfirmed subscriptions (if confirmation by email is enabled) are deleted after 30 days
- Audience measurement: visitor identifier renewed after 13 months; visit data deleted after 25 months
- Cookie choices: 6 months
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restrict processing
- Data portability
- Object to processing for legitimate interest or direct marketing
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing)

7. Recipients
Your data is only shared with trusted partners strictly necessary for service operation: OVH (website hosting), Stripe (payment), delivery carrier, email provider (Brevo). These partners act as data processors under GDPR-compliant contracts.
8. Cookies and trackers
The site only uses first-party trackers. No advertising or social media tracker is used, and no data is shared with third parties for these purposes.
Audience measurement is carried out by us alone, to produce anonymous statistics (pages viewed, number of visitors). It relies on a random identifier stored in your browser; neither your IP address nor your browser identifier is recorded. In accordance with CNIL guidelines, it is exempt from consent, but you can refuse it at any time.
